Aditya Birla Minacs acquires US based Bureau of Collection Recovery

Aditya Birla Minacs, a subsidiary of Aditya Birla Nuvo today announced the acquisition of Bureau of Collection Recovery (BCR), a leading US based accounts receivable management company.

In a filing to Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE), the company said that with this acquisition the Minac’s clients will now have access to BCR’s team of collections experts and its experienced top management.

This is Minac’s second acquisition in three months. Post acquisition BCR will operate as a subsidiary of Aditya Birla Minacs.

Aditya Birla Minacs is a business solutions company that partners with banking, financial services and insurance, telecom, technology infrastructure, media and entertainment and the public sector.

At BSE, the stocks of Aditya Birla Nuvo was trading at Rs 714 up 0.57 per cent at 12:01 pm.
