Supply chain solutions provider Arshiya International today reported 13% rise in its consolidated net profit for the quarter ended March 31, 2012 at Rs 30.86 crore.

In the year-ago period, the company had reported a net profit of Rs 27.32 crore.

Total income from operations of the Mumbai-based firm also went up to Rs 313.39 crore vis-a-vis Rs 237.06 crore in the fourth quarter of last fiscal, it said in a BSE filing.

For the entire 2011-12, Arshiya International's net profit increased to Rs 120.79 crore against Rs 82 crore a year ago.

Total income during the year stood at Rs 1,057.32 crore over Rs 821.52 crore.

Shares of Arshiya International today settled at Rs 138.20 apiece at the BSE, down 2.12% over its previous close.
