As per the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU), Etisalat and HCL Technologies will work together to explore the possibility of collaboration on offering joint ICT solutions to business customers in the areas of mobility, cloud computing and advanced ICT services.

"Through this intellectual capital-driven association, Etisalat endeavors to provide a differentiated user experience to its customers while reducing complexity and cost," said Etilsalat's Senior Vice-President, Business Solutions, Abdulla Hashim, in a statement.
