HCC bags 3 NHAI contracts in West Bengal

Limited (HCC) today received letter of awards from National Highways Authority of India, New Delhi to develop three contiguous sections of approximately 256 kilometer length between Bahrampore to Dalkhola on NH-34 in the State of West Bengal on Design, Build, Finance, Operate and Transfer (DBFOT) Toll basis.

In a filing to Bombay Stock Exchange, HCC said that the contracts will boost the order book by about Rs 2,860 crore and the special purpose companies implementing these projects under HCC infrastructure, a wholly owned subsidiary of the company will receive another Rs 1,033.47 crore during the construction period.

At BSE, shares of HCC were trading at Rs 135.70, up 2.65 per cent from its previous close.
