Kitchen and home appliances maker Morphy Richards today said it has appointed integrated communications firm J Walter Thompson as its creative agency.
The agency will lead the development of all brand campaigns for Morphy Richards in India, the company said in a statement.
Besides, J Walter Thompson (JWT) design, the designing wing of the agency, has also bagged the brand identity and packaging mandate for the UK-based brand.
Commenting on the development, JWT Mumbai Managing Partner, Rajesh Gangwani said: "Our strategic recommendation and creative approaches presented won us the mandate. We look forward to the partnership to create some memorable work on the brand that builds equity and delivers growth."
The account will be handled out of the agency's Mumbai office.
On July 11, the agency announced that radio network 93.5 Red FM has handed over its creative mandate to JWT India.
The mandate was won following a multi-agency month-long pitch process.
