Auto componant maker Tata AutoComp Systems Limited and Katcon Global have signed a 50:50 joint venture agreement to provide exhaust systems and emission after-treatment systems to the Indian automotive industry. The JV will be focused on designing and delivering exhaust systems and emission after-treatment solutions to the Indian automotive industry. The range would cover cutting edge exhaust solutions for passenger cars, utility vehicles, medium and heavy commercial vehicles, buses, farm tractors and off-road vehicles.
The product offering will include solutions for both the hot end and cold end of the exhaust system of the vehicle.
