Tata Housing launch new scheme

<p>As part of the second phase of their 135 acre integrated sustainable township in Ahmedabad, Tata Housing Development Co. Ltd. and Arvind Limited have launched a mid-range affordable housing brand 'New Haven Compact'. The project is designed by renowned architectural firm HoK of USA. Comprising 21 buildings of 1 BHK of G+4 structures at Rs 12.9 lakh onwards, the new affordable housing scheme is located on Vadsar-Kalol Road near Arvind Mills. The township is being jointly developed with Arvind Real Estate, under the banner of Arvind Smart Value Home LLP, a special purpose vehicle created to develop a mega township.
