Anna wave grips fast venue for third day

Crowds continued to pour in good numbers at Anna Hazare’s fast venue on Monday despite the capital city and neighbouring areas being without electricity, water and transport services for several hours due to a failure in the northern grid. According to Team Anna, the snapping of power supply was meant to sabotage the protests. Social networking site was agog with statements from Information and Broadcasting Minister that the government was ready for talks.
