Govt should appeal in high court against acquittals in 2G scam: Swamy

Swamy also tweeted that the government must prove its bonafides by filing an immediate appeal in the High Court.

Subramanian Swamy, who was one of the petitioners on whose plea a CBI probe was ordered in 2G case, today said the government should immediately appeal in the Delhi against the acquittal. Former Telecom Minister and leader A Raja, his party colleague and Rajya Sabha MP were today acquitted by a special CBI court in the 2G spectrum allocation scam cases.
