Shiv Nadar, founder HCL Technologies and Shiv Nadar University, said he was unhappy about the fact that despite engineering graduates spending around four years on campus, they were not job-ready. He added the information technology industry had to train them for nine months to a year. “It is an earnest appeal (to the government)... please take charge,” he said.
