The government today finalised the annual Plan for Tamil Nadu for 2002-03 at Rs 5,750 crore. The Tenth Five-Year Plan outlay for the state has been projected at Rs 40,000 crore.

The decisions were taken at a meeting between Planning Commission deputy chairman KC Pant and Tamil Nadu chief Minister J Jayalalithaa.
