The Board of Directors of Central Public Sector Enterprises (CPSEs) take decisions as per the delegated powers to invest funds  based on their investment needs and in line with their approved business plans with the approval of the administrative Ministry/ Department/ Expenditure Finance Committee/ Cabinet Committee on Economic Affairs wherever required.
Department of Public Enterprises does not maintain the data centrally on the funds invested by various PSUs in foreign projects.
