In an allegation involving an "aircraft carrying Mr and his children," the Federal Bureau of (FBI) is deciding to look into the matter that preceded the filing of divorce of Hollywood's golden couple.

According to The Telegraph, the has said it is considering whether to launch an into an alleged on an aircraft carrying the 52-year-old actor and his children.

The allegations stem from a from France to Minnesota when the 'Mr and Mrs Smith' is alleged to have got drunk before going "wild," screaming and "getting physical."

On the other hand, a source close to the actor is reported to defend him saying, "He was never physically abusive to her or the kids."

"He did yell at one of their children on the plane during an argument, but he didn't hit the child. Brad is denying claims of inappropriate behaviour," the source explained.

Another source had also stood up for the father of six who takes the matter "very seriously" and says he did not commit any of his children.

"It's unfortunate that people involved are continuing to present him in the worst possible light," the source added.
