Short course on disaster risk reduction

<p>Indian Institute for Human Settlements (IIHS) has announced its next short-duration course on integrated urban disaster risk reduction (IUDRR), that focuses on proactive mitigation and preparedness. The course will be held in New Delhi from July 17-21, 2012 at the IIHS office. The course will benefit professionals in the area of building science, economics, sociology, urban planning, disaster recovery, business continuity, etc by helping them understand a new frame to deal with disaster risk reduction. The last day for registration is July 10, 2012.
