V-Mart Retail dips 10% intra-day on profit booking

Thus far in 2017, the stock rallied 79% as compared to 11% rise in Sensex till Monday.

V-Mart Retail dipped 10% to Rs 751 on BSE in intra-day trade on profit booking after the listing of D-Mart operator Avenue Supermarkets on Tuesday. Thus far in the calendar year 2017, the stock of V-Mart Retail rallied 79% as compared to 10.9% rise in the S&P BSE Sensex till Monday.  The stock hit a record high of Rs 884 on March 9, 2017 during intra-day trade.
