BJP MLA arrives at UP Assembly in bullock cart

On the opening day of the 17th Assembly session on Monday, (BJP) Jawahar L. Rajpoot arrived in a bullock cart.

The cart owner claimed that the denied to pay rent promised to him.

Dressed in a crisp white kurta, the Garautha lawmaker waved at the waiting media as he made his entry into the assembly complex.
