Bullet Train project will be completed by end of 2023: Piyush Goyal

Ahead of the launch of India's first Bullet train, Railway Minister Piyush Goyal said that the high speed rail project will be completed by the end of 2023.

Speaking at a press conference, Goyal said, "The railway project begins on September 14th. We will try to finish the project by the end of 2023."

On the Ahmedabad-route, total 12 stations have been proposed that include Mumbai, Thane, Virar, Boisar, Vapi, Bilimora, Surat, Bharuch, Vadodara, Anand, and Sabarmati.
