P. Singh told Islamabad on Monday that the cross-border firing across the Line of Control (LoC) on March 18 was started from Pakistani side.
According to sources, Singh in his reply to Pakistan, also said that the terrorist movement near the LoC has increased.
As per Pakistan officials, a 60-year old woman resident of Village Thandi Kassi lost her life in this incident.
