With the national capital reeling under extreme heat waves condition, the Delhi Government in collaboration with Daikin India under a Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiative has made a fully air-conditioned bus stand in Lajpat Nagar.
This is definitely one of the chilling reliefs to the commuters in Delhi who wait for their buses to get to their offices and colleges and also for the victims of Delhi's scorching summer.
"It is definitely a great relief. I really appreciate this move by the Delhi Government," said a commuter.
This was launched on an experimental basis, a well thought-out strategy for the company's fresh phase of investment, which can be seen as a blessing in disguise for the heat-stricken passengers of DTC (Delhi Transport Corporation) buses.
