Business School (HBS) will host their upcoming executive education program, Maximizing Your Leadership Potential from 06 to 09 February, 2017 at the HBS style classroom, Taj Land's End, Mumbai.

The program will help participants explore ways to adapt their leadership style to meet every challenge as they improve on their ability to drive essential change, motivate their teams to achieve strategic objectives, and compete successfully in the dynamic Indian business environment.

The program is designed for senior executives from any industry or sector who have at least 10 years of professional experience. With an emphasis on leadership and management, the program is appropriate for general managers and functional executives.

"In view of the slow global economy and the favorable business conditions

emerging in India, senior executives must be equipped to manage disruptive change and exploit new opportunities. This program is designed to help senior executives overcome obstacles to effective management and leadership. It will help participants improve their ability to motivate their teams, and build agile and sustainable organizations," said Professor Linda Hill, Wallace Brett Donham Professor of Business Administration at Business School.

The program will provide deep understanding of what it takes to be an exceptional business leader and a successful manager in today's global economy. The participants will have access to the latest research on effective leadership, analyze cases on a mix of global companies, and reflect on their own leadership challenges and goals.

As with all HBS Executive Education programs, the portfolio is taught by distinguished HBS faculty using the renowned HBS case-study method. Faculty lectures, interactive exercises and diagnostic assessment tools create a dynamic learning environment.
