India makes fresh bid to get Headley

has made fresh requests to the United States for extradition of terrorists David Coleman Headley and for their role in the 26/11 terror attacks.

This came as Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) Deputy Director Andrew McCabe visited earlier this month and senior officials of the Investigation Agency (NIA).

Speaking on the matter, a spokesperson for the NIA told ANI that the Deputy Director of FBI visited the NIA headquarter on April 3 during which both sides held discussions on Headley.

"We discussed regarding This is a routine affair. Whenever any senior official visits the NIA (headquarter), we discuss issues related to that county," he added.
