Lashkar-e-Taiba behind Gurdaspur terror attack, confirms MHA

The Ministry of Home Affairs has said that the terrorists involved in the Gurdaspur terror attack, which has claimed the lives of several civilians and police personnel, are linked to terror outfit Lashkar-e-Taiba.

The ministry also confirmed the death of three civilians, four policemen and three militants in the attack.

According to reports, all terrorists involved in the attack have been killed.

Several civilians and police personnel lost their lives in the gun battle.

Meanwhile, the Ministry of Home Affairs has called a meeting at 6 p.m. to discuss the terror attack.

A high alert has been sounded in Punjab, and after the militant attack in Gurdaspur.
