Apar Industries jumps after bulk deal

The stock hit a high of Rs 474 and a low of Rs 422.20 so far during the day. The stock had hit a 52-week low of Rs 320.30 on 9 June 2015. The stock had hit a record high of Rs 508 on 19 August 2015.

The stock had outperformed the market over the past one month till 13 September 2015, rising 2.02% compared with 4.6% fall in the Sensex. The scrip also outperformed the market in past one quarter, falling 1.22% as against Sensex's 7.04% decline.

The small-cap company has equity capital of Rs 38.50 crore. Face value per share is Rs 10.

Apar Industries' net profit rose 52.5% to Rs 24.32 crore on 0.7% growth in net sales to Rs 1241.22 crore in Q2 September 2015 over Q2 September 2014.
