Air crash: High-level Bangladeshi team to visit Nepal

A high-level Bangladeshi team, including for Civil Aviation and Tourism and Abul Hassan Mahmood Ali, will arrive in on Tuesday following the US Bangla Airlines' passenger plane crash that claimed 49 lives.

The team will take stock of the situation and the dead and injured in the Monday plane crash at the (TIA), reported.

There were 71 passengers on the ill-fated plane, including four crew members, 33 Nepalis, 32 Bangladeshis, one Chinese and one Maldivian national.

Twenty two survivors were receiving treatment in hospitals.

Meanwhile, the (Saarc) Secretariat conveyed condolences to the people and governments of and over the loss of lives in the horrific accident.
