Four killed in J&K road accident

IANS  |  Jammu

Four persons were killed and nine injured in a road accident in Jammu and Kashmir's Doda district on Friday, police said.

The incident occurred when a vehicle carrying 13 persons fell into a deep gorge near Puneja village when its driver lost control.

All the occupants were rushed to a hospital where four were declared dead, the police said. Bad road conditions and rash driving often cause accidents in the hill district of Doda.
