Members of Kashmir civil society groups on Tuesday held a protest sit-in to protest Monday's terror attack on Amarnath pilgrims in which seven were killed and 1 9 others injured.
The sit-in was held at 5.30 p.m. at Pratap Park herer.
"Let us unambiguously and emphatically show solidarity towards those killed and demand a credible investigation against this and all other crimes perpetrated in Jammu and Kashmir," said a statement by the organisers.
The terror attack has received widespread condemnation from people from all w lks of life in Kashmir, including all mainstream and separatist politicians, businessmen, teachers, professionals, intellectuals and above all, the common Kashmiri on the street who feels spilling innocent blood is against all religious and human values.
