The police on Monday also took statements from two legislators, Congress leader Anwar Sadath who is close friend of Dileep, and Mukesh - a CPI-M backed legislator.
"I answered all questions that were asked," said Sadath, who represents Aluva Assembly constituency from where Dileep hails.
Prime accused Pulsar Suni was the personal driver of Mukesh for a year, after which he was removed.
"I was asked about Suni," said Mukesh.
Suni and his accomplices were arrested a week after the incident.
