Recently, when Japanese executives of telecom major DoCoMo were in India, they sprang a surprise. At a dinner hosted in their honour, the Japanese executives told their Indian hosts that they would like to try an Indian drink. The hosts, after some discussion among themselves, offered them the best-selling local rum brand Old Monk.
