Speaking about the new service, Mr. Rajnish Kapur, CIO, said "Over the last few months, we have witnessed a surge in the ancillary services business. Travellers can book tickets by logging onto the MakeMyTrip website and clicking on the Bus ticket booking option. The ticket booking menu will appear on the screen. Passengers can then feed in details regarding points of departure and destination as well as select the departure date. The screen displays the available options
