16 missing after boat capsises in China

The boat, with 17 people on board, sank near a fishing port in Dalian at about 2 am (local time), state-run Xinhua reported.

Only one person had been rescued so far and efforts were on to trace the 16 others, officials in northeast China's Liaoning Province said.
