A 16-year-old girl, working as a domestic help, was allegedly raped by four persons here, police said today.
The victim, a resident of West Bengal, lodged an FIR yesterday and identified one of the accused as Billu, SHO Mukesh Chaudhary said.
"The girl said she was raped by the accused a few days back and was burned with cigarettes when she resisted," he said.
Medical examination of the victim was conducted today at a hospital here and the matter is being probed, the SHO said.
The accused have been booked under section 376 D (gangrape) of IPC and provisions of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act (POCSO) Act, he said.
