A 24-year-old youth was stabbed to death by three youths following an argument in southwest Delhi, police said today.

The incident took place on October 17 when Rahul Chauhan was witnessing Valmiki Jayanti procession with the accused, they said.



"An argument broke out between Rahul and the accused who called his two other friends and they stabbed him. Rahul was injured in the attack and found lying unconscious near Masjid Sadar Bazar. He was taken to a hospital where he succumbed to his injuries," a senior police official said.

"One of the accused, identified as Manoj has been arrested yesterday and police is questioning him to ascertain the motive of the and the whereabouts of the other accused," he added.
