50 Cent developing new TV drama

The 37-year-old singer-entrepreneur is an executive producer on 'Power', a new drama in development at the cable channel, reported Digital Spy.

50 Cent confirmed details of the project on his Twitter page, saying that Courtney Kemp Agboh will write the script.

The hour-long show from CBS Studios will focus on a Gotham nightclub owner, who treads the line between legitimate business and the criminal underworld.

Mark Canton, producer of '300', and Randall Emmett of "End of Watch" - both of them most recently worked with 50 Cent on forthcoming action thriller 'The Tomb' and will also serve as executive producers on 'Power'.
