Singer Aaron Carter has left rehab just two weeks after checking in to address "several legal and personal matters".
"Aaron has left the facility where he has been working on his wellness. Several legal and personal matters arose that required his immediate and in-person attention.
"He is still very much committed to his wellness and will be continually working toward being the best person possible," Carter's representative Steve Honig told Us Weekly in a statement.
The 29-year-old singer previously signed off on Twitter saying his fans would not be hearing from him until a tour next year.
He recently appeared on US TV show "The Doctors" to express his health concerns.
