Absence of rain increases maximum temperature across Bihar

With receiving light rainfall at one or two places, maximum temperature increased by few notches in all major cities of the state.

and Bhagalpur registered maximum temperature above three degrees from their normal temperature, while Gaya and Purnea recorded two degrees above their maximum temperature, the office said.

In its forecast, the weather department said Patna, Gaya, Bhagalpur and Purnea may witness partly cloudy sky with possibility of rain or thundershowers tomorrow.
