Allahabad High Court gets two new judges

Two newly-appointed Additional Judges were today sworn in at the High Court, raising the total number of judges in the judicial body to 88 against the sanctioned strength of 160.

Justices Mahesh Chandra Tripathi and Suneet Kumar were administered oath by Acting Chief Justice Laxmi Kant Mohapatra.

Prior to their elevation to the Bench, both Justice Tripathi and Justice Kumar were practising advocates at the High here.
