The incident took place in the San Fernando Valley. The woman, identified only as Kisa, filed a police report Saturday and said she was driving on Ventura Boulevard when she was struck by a woman in a black BMW, TMZ reported.

After the two began talking, Kisa says she realized the person who hit her was Bynes, 26.

Although the woman pulled out her insurance information, she says Bynes declined to do the same and apparently noted that the damage didn't look very bad.

Bynes then said there was no need to exchange information, even though Kisa says there was "significant damage" to Bynes' BMW.

Bynes then left the scene and Kisa called the police, who took a hit-and-run report.

Earlier, the "She's The Man" actress was arrested on suspicion of a DUI on April 6 when she allegedly hit a police car in West Hollywood. She pled not guilty.
