Asianet to launch 24 hour movie channel

Besides Malyalasm movies, the free-to-air channel would also telecast Tamil and Hindi movies.

Asianet, one of the leading television channels in Kerela, is launching a 24-hour movie channel from July 15.

Apart from telecasting old classics and new Malayalam movies, the channel will also present a wide range of cinema-related programmes like news from the tinsel world, interviews with film personalities and discussions, a release from the Asianet Communications Ltd said.
