The incident happened when Tarei, who represents Jajpur in Lok Sabha, was proceeding after alighting from the vehicle to participate in Jansampark Padayatra at Kaliapani yesterday, said BJD MLA from Sukinda, Pritiranjan Ghadei. Tarei was proceeding towards the venue.
