An agreement between India and Namibia on capacity building of officials was cleared by the Union Cabinet. The memorandum of understanding will be signed between Lal Bahadur Shastri National Academy of Administration, Mussoorie and Namibia Institute of Public Administration and Management in the field of capacity building of public officials of Namibia and other training activities for the benefit of both the institutes. The Cabinet was also apprised of a MoU signed between India and Indonesia for cooperation in youth and sports matters, and Kyrgyz Republic for cooperation in the field of youth development. The MoUs envisages organising youth exchange programmes with Indonesia and Kyrgyz Republic, and cooperation in other youth and sports related matters, a statement said.
