Candor expects to provide jobs to over 2,000 workers in 2 yrs

Press Trust of India  |  Coimbatore

City-based Candor Management Services, a human capital transformation service provider, hopes to provide employment to more than 2,000 blue collar workers in the next two years in and around the city.

"Considering the exponential demand for contract staffing, especially amongst the blue, pink and white collar workers, the company hopes to provide 2,000 blue collar jobs in next two years," Candor Management Service Managing Director Thirumurugan Subramanian said.

The company has already placed more than 1,000 bluecollar workers and more than 100 white collar workers in and around Coimbatore, he said.

Candor started operations in January 2012 with a goal to steadily improve employability and related opportunities of blue-collar workers in South and since then has grown 100 per cent, Subramanian said in a release today.

Factories and various other business establishments in and around Coimbatore are experiencing a boom and there was growing demand for both skilled and unskilled labor to drive growth, he said, adding that Candor's success was due to its ability to bridge the gap between expectations of employees with those of their employers, efficiently and quickly.
