Cold wave conditions continued unabated in with several places in the state recording sub-zero temperatures, the department said today.

Mukteshwar was the coldest at minus 1.7 degrees Celsius followed by New Tehri at minus 0.3 degrees Celsius and Pantnagar at 0.8 degrees Celsius, it said.

Dehradun's temperature at 2.9 degrees Celsius is three degrees below normal for this time of the year, officials said.
