Congress holds protest-rally in city

The in today took out a rally in the city here as part of the nationwide 'Jan Aakrosh Diwas' to protest against the central government's decision.

"We are not against the central government's intention to curb and corruption; we are against the lack of decisiveness and clarity in dealing with the situation. We haven't seen such a rudder-less and indecisive in the country," state president Adhir Ranjan Chowdhury said.

Chowdhury pointed out the hypocrisy of TMC's protest against demonetisation, saying "those who themselves are accused in Saradha and Narada scams can't talk big about fight against Those who themselves are running a corrupt government can't talk against black money".
