Goa police today released photographs of a gold bangle and a necklace recovered from the charred body of a woman found in Siolim village three days ago so as to establish her identity.
The woman was estimated to be 20-25 years old.
"We expect that her relatives will approach (after seeing the photograph)," inspector Sanjay Dalvi of Anjuna police station said.
The body, when found, was charred beyond recognition.
Inspector Dalvi said if any witness came forward to give information about the woman or the crime, his/her identity would be kept confidential.
