Crushing operation begins at ASIL

The factory has planned to crush around 2.45 lakh metric tonnes of sugarcane during this crushing season, around 57,000 metric tonnes more than the previous season, they said.

The factory had crushed around 1.88 lakh metric tonnes of sugarcane last year when it had produced around 1.44 lakh quintal of sugar.

Crushing operation begins at ASIL

Crushing operation has been launched at the Aska Cooperative Sugar Industries Limited (ASIL) in Odisha's Ganjam district, factory sources said today.

The factory has planned to crush around 2.45 lakh metric tonnes of sugarcane during this crushing season, around 57,000 metric tonnes more than the previous season, they said.

The factory had crushed around 1.88 lakh metric tonnes of sugarcane last year when it had produced around 1.44 lakh quintal of sugar.
