Dalit & ST MPs in favour of National Judicial Service

Some dalit and Scheduled Tribe ministers as well as MPs from various parties held a meeting in the presence of Union Social Justice and Empowerment Minister Thawan Chand Gehlot and favoured constitution of a National Judicial Service and reservation in promotions.

These leaders at the residence of Union Minister Ram Vilas Paswan, a dalit leader and LJP President, last night and discussed various issues concerning SCs and STs, sources said.



Among those who were present were - MoS for and Corporate Affairs Arjun Ram Meghwal, MP Kirit Premjibhai Solanki, MP PL Punia, MP Chirag Paswan, MP Udit Raj, MP Amar Shankar Sable.

These leaders will be meeting again next month on December 6.
