David Beckham's restaurant plans

The 37-year-old said that he is very excited to be venturing into a new business, reported Contactmusic.

"We've got something in the pipeline. We are obviously good friends and we are excited about a project that could happen pretty soon, Beckham said.

"It will be a business thing but owning a restaurant is going to be fun as well," Beckham said while revealing the plan, he added.

Beckham also revealed his fascination for cooking and said he has already received lessons in the past.

"It's something I have always wanted to do. I've always loved cooking. I would love to cook for Gordon and I definitely will one day," he said.

 

The English footballer, who moved to US to play for Los Angeles Galaxy in 2006, has been planning to return home and will play his last match for the soccer team this weekend.

His wife Victoria, 38, has been looking at prospective homes in London for the move and the couple are reported to be keen to settle down in England.
