The 37-year-old, who is currently expecting her first child with husband Will Kopelman, was in first class of an American Airlines flight from Boston to Los Angeles when the man accidentally hit his head on a TV monitor as he was boarding.

He fell and suffered a large cut to his head and Barrymore immediately jumped up from her seat and applied pressure to the wound with her drink napkin, reported Contactmusic.

"It appeared the guy suffered a mild concussion and Drew didn't hesitate to help. She even waited with him in the terminal until medics arrived and seemed extremely concerned about his well being," a source said.
