Four get life imprisonment for murdering property dealer

Additional Sessions Judge Bhavna Sadho also imposed a fine of Rs 5,000 each on convicts Pulkit Patni, Tarun Kashyap, Sandeep Shukla and Mithun Verma under section 302 (punishment for murder) of IPC, Additional Public Prosecutor Vimal Mishra told reporters.

The convicts had attacked Ashok Bakadia with sharp-edged weapons and a country-made revolver on June 18, 2008 in Sukhlia area, which resulted into his death.

Business dispute was the cause behind the murder, according to prosecution.
