Gallantt Ispat today said its board will consider this week amalgamation of wholly-owned subsidiaries with itself.
"A meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on March 23, 2017...Inter alia to consider and approve the scheme of arrangement for amalgamation of wholly-owned subsidiaries with Gallantt Ispat Ltd (the company) and businesses relevant to the said scheme," the company said in a BSE filing.
Gallantt Group is a manufacturer of steel products in India. It presently runs two primary steel plants with captive power plant and flour mill in Uttar Pradesh and Gujarat.
